Pricing your home might be the number one most important thing you can do to get your home sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. If you price it too high, it will sit on the market and get "stale".
If you price it too low, you may end up taking an offer below market value.

With this knowledge I can position your house in front of the right buyers right after it comes on the market, and sometimes even before.

I can appreciate wanting to cut out the middle man, go directly to the source, and save money too! But unfortunately, what people are actually doing, is going directly to the agent who represents the seller, who is then earning twice the commission.
