WHY HIRE A BUYER'S AGENT?

Some people who call me for information about homes for sale tell me, "I'm just going to work directly with the listing agent so I can get a better deal".

I can appreciate wanting to cut out the middle man, go directly to the source, and save money too!  But unfortunately, what people are actually doing, is going directly to the agent who represents the seller, who is then earning twice the commission.  
 
Having a dedicated buyer's agent (me!) working for you will not only save you time and headaches, it will actually save you money.   And hey, the more money you save on your house, the more money you have to spend on fancy lattes and avocado toast!  Win win!
